Terms & Conditions — 7u7777 Platform User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "7u7777" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 7u7777.vip and all associated services, applications, and subdomains operated thereunder.

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 7u7777 strictly prohibits access by minors. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a User is under 18, we will suspend the Account immediately pending age verification, and any winnings accumulated during that period will be forfeited.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the 7u7777 platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from 7u7777 or have a currently active self-exclusion in place.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

7u7777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by 7u7777 may result in Account suspension or closure.

By completing registration, you warrant and represent that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in this section. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance.

Each User is entitled to hold one Account only. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, 7u7777 reserves the right to close all but one Account (at its sole discretion as to which Account is retained) and to void any transactions, bets, or bonuses associated with duplicate Accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised such activity. You must:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 7u7777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensure that your contact email and phone number remain current and accessible, as 7u7777 may use these for security verification and important account communications.

7u7777 may suspend or close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation. Any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) remaining at the time of Account closure for verified causes unrelated to fraud will be returned to the User via the original payment method where reasonably practicable.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 7u7777 support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome, and any withdrawable Balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

All financial transactions on 7u7777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7u7777 does not apply currency conversion charges on deposits or withdrawals made via supported local payment methods.

The processing times stated above are indicative only. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability, network conditions, and any KYC verification requirements applicable to the transaction. 7u7777 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in the name of the 7u7777 Account holder. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an Account review. 7u7777 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, 7u7777 may request an alternative method of verification. A completed KYC process is a prerequisite for all withdrawal requests. 7u7777 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold pending KYC completion, which may take up to 72 hours from the time all required documents are received.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.

• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds in a systematic low-risk manner designed to extract value without genuine play, or coordinating with other Users to exploit promotions — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

7u7777 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to void any bets placed using Bonus Funds where abuse is suspected. Promotional offers may be targeted at specific Users or segments and are not universally available to all Account holders.

All bets and wagers placed on the 7u7777 platform are final once confirmed. It is the User's responsibility to check all bet details — including stake amount, selection, and market type — before confirming any bet. 7u7777 will not reverse or amend confirmed bets except in the circumstances described below.

7u7777 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event or market had already concluded (late bet).
• The bet was accepted as a result of a technical error or system malfunction that resulted in manifestly incorrect odds or game parameters.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms, including bets placed by excluded players or underage Users.
• The outcome of the event is determined to have been corrupted, manipulated, or otherwise not conducted under legitimate conditions.
• Minimum or maximum bet limits applicable to the relevant market or game were exceeded.

Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Where an event is abandoned or postponed, 7u7777's specific sport-by-sport settlement rules will apply. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical result of the game in the live studio environment.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7u7777 platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same name or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other process.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human Users.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its software.
